Shipping Locations

We ship to the United States only.


Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • In-stock orders ship within 2–4 business days.

If delays occur, customers will be notified by email.


Shipping Cost

All U.S. orders ship free.


Carrier

Orders are shipped via USPS.


Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.


Lost or Damaged Packages

A. Packages Damaged in Transit If your package arrives damaged, opened, or if the safety seal on the product is compromised, please contact us at info@eliksr.us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the claim (which may require photos) and will ship a replacement order at no cost to you.

B. Packages Lost in Transit If your tracking number indicates a delivery failure or the package is stalled in transit for more than 15 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with USPS and, once the carrier confirms the package is officially lost, we will ship a replacement.

C. Packages Stolen After Delivery (Porch Piracy) ELIKSR Formulations is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier (USPS) but subsequently lost or stolen. Once the package is marked as delivered, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We are unable to offer free replacements or refunds for packages stolen after a successful delivery scan. We recommend checking with neighbors or local postal officials, or filing a claim with the carrier directly.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  1. If the package is successfully returned to our facility by the carrier, we will notify you. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to the correct address.

  2. If the package is not returned to us, the order is not eligible for a free replacement or refund.
