Pre-Order Refunds

• Fully refundable until shipped.

• Non-refundable after shipment unless the product is damaged, defective, or lost.

• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Returns for Delivered Products

We accept returns on unopened product.

Requirements

• Returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Must be sealed and unused.

• Customer pays return shipping.

• Refund issued after inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened product

• Items returned after 7 days

• Products damaged due to customer handling
